        and CEO John Probst, co-founder and member of the Board of Directors for ProHosting, 
        has served as President and CEO since the division's inception in 1995. 
        John is a proven leader whose entrepreneurial spirit has led him to successfully 
        create and sustain several Internet based companies.
 Prior to his role at ProHosting, John served for ten years as a manager and programmer for 
        the post audit firms of Lowery Services, Inc. and Howard Schultz & 
        Associates. John has also worked as a programmer, a programming instructor, 
        and as a network engineer. In addition to ProHosting, John has leveraged 
        his entrepreneurial drive to establish a number of technology companies, 
        including ProHosting (a Web hosting company) and Personal Computer Skill 
        Center (a corporate focused technology training center).
 Lance James, Chief 
        Technology Officer Lance James is a co-founder and member of the Board of Directors for ProHosting. 
        He has served as Chief Technology Officer since 1996. Lance has been instrumental 
        in designing the company's business processes and creating a number of 
        the company's customer interfaces and back office functions, including 
        a powerful account management utility that will easily scale as ProHosting 
        continues to grow. Prior to co-founding ProHosting, Lance worked at Lowery 
        Services, Inc. where he designed and implemented large-scale databases 
        and converted legacy programs into forward-looking network systems. Lance 
        holds a MCNE (Master Certified Novell Engineer) from Novell, and is currently 
        completing his MCSE (Microsoft Certified System Engineer) from Microsoft.
